"My Number Card on iPhone" enables users to utilize the following administrative services by adding their My Number Card to Apple Wallet:

Logging into Myna Portal: Confirming medical expenses, pension records, moving procedures, etc. Obtaining certificates at convenience stores: Getting copies of resident records, seal registration certificates, and other certificates.

These services can be used securely and conveniently via biometric authentication using the iPhone’s Face ID or Touch ID.

Security and Response to Loss

On the security front, My Number Cards added to iPhones do not record private information such as medical consultation history or bank accounts. Even if the iPhone is lost, users can temporarily suspend the My Number Card service through a 24/7 toll-free number or the "Find My" app.

Future Outlook

The Digital Agency plans to release the "My Number Card Face-to-Face Verification App" around July 2025, enabling face-to-face identity verification using an iPhone. This will allow identity, age, and address verification at shops and counters using an iPhone.
